Dr. Diane DiClemente
Dr. Diane DiClemente received her Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA in 2002. From the fall of 2000 to the summer of 2006 she was an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. In June of 2003, Diane took a two year leave of absence from Dickinson to teach at the U.S. Army War College in the Department of Command, Leadership and Management where she taught topics such as Strategic Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Joint Issues and Processes, Managing Organizational Change, and Strategic Planning and Management. While at the War College she was a primary author on the study, Leadership Lessons at Division Command Level, which was authorized by the Commanding General, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and assigned to the Commandant, U.S. Army War College for execution. Diane teaches courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Experimental Psychology, and Social Psychology. Her research interests include leadership development of Army leaders, Organizational Behavior Management, applying models of animal behavior to understand on-line behavior, and the impact of contextual changes in society on consumer behavior. She has worked with various organizations, such as the Philadelphia 76ers, the Washington Redskins, and most recently, the U.S. Army's Rapid Equipping Force, to develop behaviorally based management programs for organizational performance improvement.
