Brian Brabham, Ph.D., CSCS
Brian Brabham earned his Ph.D. in Exercise, Nutrition, and Preventive Health from Baylor University in 2009. In addition to his Ph.D., he completed his M.S.Ed. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S.Ed. in Health Science Studies from Baylor University. While attending Baylor University, Brian competed on the Baylor track team as a decathlete. He was selected as a Southwest Conference Academic Honor Team member during the 1994-95 season. In addition, he was elected team captain during his senior season. He remains physically active and has completed three half-marathons and one full marathon. He is currently preparing for his first triathlon. Brian and his wife Beth have been married for 14 years. They have two children: Tommy, who is 12, and Tori, who is 10. They are active members of Brazos Meadows Baptist Church in Hewitt, Texas. Brian serves as a first and second grade Sunday school teacher and also runs the audio-visual equipment for the children’s program. Beth is a kindergarten Sunday school teacher.
