Prior to joining UMHB, Dr. Bonner taught Information Technology courses in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Dallas.  She has extensive industry experience in the areas of Software Analysis and Design as well as Software Project Management.  Dr. Bonner worked in the software development industry for over 10 years.  Over the course of her industry career, she held various positions including Project Development Manager, Programming Manager and Programmer/Analyst working on large-scale development projects.  Her research and teaching interests include Software Development and Implementation (including Software Process Innovation), Leadership/Project Management and User Acceptance/Adoption of IT.  Dr. Bonner's current research entails development of an instrument to measure software process agility as well as examining factors that motivate software professionals to accept software development methodologies.
