Dr. Merriman came to UMHB in 2005 as an Assistant Professor of Management. In 2006, she became the Program Director for the MBA at UMHB. Dr. Merriman relocated from New Hampshire to Texas with her family in 2003. Dr. Merriman has 10 years of experience in various marketing positions within the technology sector including multinational corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Dr. Merriman enjoys researching organizational commitment and identifying new pedagogy to support her students in their quest for knowledge. When not working, she takes pleasure in spending time with her family and her dogs.
